Chicago Fox 32 News: Southwest Airlines, one of the few airlines which had a profit this year, plans to hire at least 4,000 new ramp/airport, F/A, pilots, and other personnel.

Most of the ground support crews will be located at MDW.

Heard they plan for 250 more pilots on the news the other day.
