Does anyone know if SWA considers time in the industry as part of their qualification formula? The web based app only seems to take flight time into account, but there are lots of us who had/have jobs that don't allow for a 1000 hours per year. I sometimes wonder if I should cease my current activity and take a job at the regional with the quickest upgrade o that I can get overwhelming hours asap. Does Gulfstream hire street captains?
