SWA Profit sharing

Just wondering how the profit sharing works and what you guys have been receiving. Is it a quarterly thing or annual?

The pencil pushing smart people in Dallas determine an annual profit sharing amount at the end of each year. Last year was a couple %. You take that % and apply it to last year's paycheck. The following Sept it is put into your profit sharing account.
