I interviewed at SWA a week ago and have found my FAA records requested, my 10 year background check in process, and my training records requested. All of this in 10 days. Is this a great sign, good sign or standard operating procedure?

I hope everyone on this board gets their dream job or situation. We certainly do spend enough time thinking about it.

Don't Get Excited!

Take a deep breath, because you're along for a 6-8 week emotional ride.
This seems to be the norm before the board meets. It's not a good indication that the offer is around the corner.
A drug test before the board isn't a shoe in either. Some are denied employment after a successful test.
Many have made it through the DB, only later to be called for the drug test.
There doesn't seem to be a clear pattern of the process.
Just hang in there and find a back up plan.
Good Luck,
Tony:p
