Hi there! Got interviewed 12feb02, hired late march02, typed and in the pool 24apr02. At the interview I had 5700 total, 3000 pic turbine. Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle. I was a current captain with a large regional (SF-340). Also had jet time as an FO there. Did not prep in any way for the interview other than looking back through my logbook and remembering situations that i could relate to interview questions. Also last but certainly not least I had 2 very strong LOR's from SWA pilots that I had flown with at my current job before they left for SWA. Hope it helps! Gob Bless and best of luck to you!!
