Think about how you will justify your logbook at the interview. They have been known to check it. The SWA verbage makes it a little confusing, but I agree with the guy who said whoever signs for the aircraft gets PIC, the other guy shouldn't and realistically can't. Can't have two chiefs and no indians (sorry about the PC remark for those of you sensitive to that). Whoever will get in trouble the most, wins the PIC war. Should be simple in the civilian world I would have thought, and though the military world mixes crew quals, rank, and checkout date, it too should be fairly easy to resolve. If you are an FO getting FO pay, it seems a stretch to count it as PIC. I know we all want to stretch to get our app in, but just get it in after you get the mins, and UPDATE it later.
