SWA pay rates?

Hello fellas. If this has already been answered, I apologize. I was wondering how much SWA pats while in training. Also, what is their pay scale like for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year FO rates and so on, Also, what is Capt. pay?? Any info is greatly appreciated

6. New Hire Pilot - A new hire pilot will be paid a line guarantee as per the following schedule. New hire pilots who start after the first of a bid period will have the line guarantee prorated through the remainder of the bid period based upon the number of days in the bid period.

31 day bid period - 89 trips
30 day bid period - 87 trips
28/29 day bid period - 85 trips

These are "trip" pay rates. To convert to an hourly rate for comparison to other airlines multiply the specific "trip" rate by 1.189.
