I have a friend who is going to fly SWA and wants to know if there is any reason he can not bring two small birds in a cage that fits under the seat in front of him. Anyone out there with definitive word?

Maybe he can shove the birds down his pants?

Birds

[Cover the small cage and keep his and their mouth shut. It has gotten to be such a joke with this policy. Everybody and their brother gets a note from the Dr. that their animal is a "comfort" animal and now can bring it onboard. We need to look at rev. enhancement and start allowing animals and simply charge for it like everybody else does.

They should be ok to bring the chickens on board the cattle car.
