SWA Online Recommendations

I need to know when a SWA pilot can submit an online recommendation for an applicant. I was under the impression it was at any time, however was told today that it might not be until offered an interview.

Any definitive guidance on this?

U R correct! SWA pilots can't enter an online recommendation until the canidate is scheduled for an interview.
