I went to a SWA/Higher Power open house in CA this March. I went just after I got my type at HPA, so the open house might have been overkill, but I interviewed in May and just got the call. I had 2 buddies (no type) get hired who went to AirInc in Dallas, and got the e-mail for the interview a few weeks later.


Anyways, they take resumes and chat with you for a few minutes, but the quickest way to the interview is to get the type.
