Just wondering if it is standard practice to send out an email to tell you to update an application. I got one today. Sure it is but just was wondering.

I got the email and haven't updated in over 2 years.

Plus I get a Birthday and Christmas card every year.

Southwest Airlines is the cream of the crop IMO.
