Thats pretty obvious...In general, you should try to treat all co-workers with respect and dignity but on an interview, you need to REALLY treat all those you come in contact that way.
 
I always tell my interview clients that they are being interviewed from the time they get to the airport for their flight to DAL until they step off the airport grounds in their home city. Character is measured by the things you do when you think no one is watching.
