I have `caller ID' on my phone line.

A question for those fortunate souls that also have caller ID and received a call from SWA PD in March for their interviews.

Did any of you notice a Dallas area code and/or Southwest ID when you got your phone call for an interview?

Thanks to all and hopefully we'll be SWAPA brothers from another mother someday.

When LL called my cell phone ID was unavailable, so you might have to start answering the calls from the unknown caller.

I saw "Unknown name, Unknown number" on my caller ID at home.

I thought it was a telemarketer and was just hoping to get something not advertised on TV & really special, so I answered the phone. :D It wasn't a telemarketer, but rather LL, and I'll never forget the day, time or the conversation. :)

Here's hoping you get the same "Unknown Name, Unknown Number" call soon.

Thanks Bros!

I really appreciate your responses.

Well, I guess I and my wife will have to get used to saying NO to all the `unavailable' telemarketers while waiting for Lindsey to call.

YaHooey!:D

PS. Good luck to all!

One more question please.

We all have an e-mail address on our SWA e-apps along with an alternate and work phone number.

Has anyone received a notice via these alternate means from SWA PD or LL?

alternate means

I was flying over the big D the other day and kept a look out for smoke signals... no luck. Since SWA has not contacted me yet I was thinking that maybe in an attempt to keep cost down they disconnected their telephones!:D

You should try the Do Not Call Registry Life has been great (and quiet) since it went into effect last Fall.

The only time I have seen anything other than "Caller ID Unavailable" when SWA calls me is when SWA Training called me.

Thanks to all!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and thoughts.

We (wife and I) will be answering everything that rings our landline. Already on the National Do Not Call Registry but still get charities and credit card `special deals' for `only $$$ per month' calls. Since signing up, the `Registry' has helped a lot though. Learning new `how to say NO' skills on the phone.

You're all the best. Hope to see you someday in DAL.

Godspeed:p
