SWA Insurance questions

Here is the situation. My family is insured under my current company's insurance plan, which is not that good. It will end on my last day of employment there. I need to make sure that I stay covered so here are my questions. What health insurance company does SWA use? How long does it take to get the whole family covered? Are the Benefits good?

I'll take what I get but I want to make as seamless transition as possible.
