How are the loads?
Are the delays making it hard to make the quick turns and stay on time?
Are your ground workers as bad as everyone elses?

I was talking to a CA at my company that JS'd on SW last week to PVD and he told me the CA said that he had been flying the PHL system all week and the delays were killing them. I also have been hearing a lot of grumbling on the ground and tower freq as SW guys look for ways to cut the line (35/17 or an intersection departure). No flame, just wondering. -Bean

In a word...FULL.

Yes, but I don't think it is coming as a surprise to anyone. Apparently the company views it as a cost they are willing to accept.

From what I understand, the entire PHL station has been staffed with voluntary transfers from other SWA stations. Don't think they've picked up the Philly a-a-a-a-ttitude just yet.

I can believe all of that. It's shades of the old STL all over again.
