Always willing to help, get the MISSION done. :D

If only SWA compensated their pilots fairly, they could get some professional applicants to apply.

We could understand this and, quite frankly, expect this from a regional airline crew but not from the a well trained, well connected SWA crew.

I heard from someone "in the know" that it was was the two Vixens flying, and Bob Dylan on the jumpseat.;)

Ok Ok.. lets NOT let this thread get on this track again.. knock it off.. discuss the story lets not make remarks in general about hiring pratices or assumptions related to the company as a whole.. to continue this line of posting will cause this thread to be closed..

The pilots on Southwest Flight 821 were so close to the single-engine plane at about 5 p.m. on Sunday that they could see two people in the cockpit, the FAA said.

So much for the FAR's. Never mind the suspension of the air traffic controller, how about these two knuckleheads!

don't get my thread closed!

The Cirrus pilot has reported some disturbing details to the FAA:

Apparently the pilots were wearing nothing but their hats and large gaudy rings on their fingers.

The jumpseater was similarly undressed. He sported only long shaggy hair, sunglasses, a frightening leer and severe case of priapism.
