I'm new to this board and was told that this is the place for interview info. It seems that most of these posts are related to people already in the pools.
Any help on where I can find the "insider info" on the actual Southwest and Fedex interviews?

Thanks for any help!

Well, you're correct. There is not much interview discussion because... well... most majors aren't interviewing. JetBlue seems to be interviewing every other month and I think Alaska is interviewing once in a Blue Moon these days, but aside from that it's pretty quiet out there.

Now, if you have specific interview inquiries, then you'll find most people will be glad to opine and offer advice. You'll get the occasional flame war, but there's no law against stupidity, arrogance, and/or bad manners.

You can find great info on this board using the search. Also, many times you'll get told to check out www.aviationinterviews.com or www.megaone.com/willfly4food as both these sites offer great interview trip reports. Very rarely do the interview processes change at the airlines so don't be too worried if a trip report is a year or two old, the info is still good (at least that is what I have found). If in doubt, pose the question to the board here and you'll usually have your answer within a couple of hours. Good luck.

Email [email protected].. Rob has a company that specializes in interview prep for SWA. He can give you his rates and info concerning timing, preparing, and he does a mock interview. He is on the SWA team and IMHO an essential step in becomming part of Southwest. He frequently posts on this board also.
