Does someone know what the top FA pay is at SWA for year 09, 10, and 2011?

What longevity year is the top of the scale?

How many weeks of vacation does a top FA receive?

Do SWA FA's have to work minimums?

Thanks so much

As of today, top out is 13 years of service making $50.50 per trip. If you fly A, and everyone is qualified to fly A when leaving class, then add $2.00 per trip.
The proposed contract adds 3 % to this pay per year. However, in 2011 the 3 % adjustment ends and it will be based on profits. If the flight attendant has 25 years of service or more add $1.50 on top of the 3 %. After one year of service, a flight attendant receives 2 weeks of vacation. 5 years is 3 weeks. 10 years is 4 weeks. After 18 years of service, a flight attendant receives 5 weeks of vacation.
No minimums.
