SWA Epaulets

I am looking at getting rid of the old style gold/black epaulets in our department. I remember the last time I rode on SWA, the epaulets gave a clean look, but I am not sure if they were silver/black, white/black....or navy...etc. Also, where do you purchase them?

By golly Les, you figured me out!!! I am not a pilot, I just want to find out where I could get a Southwest uniform so I could parade around the airport looking important.

You mentioned going for a casual attire??? Yeah, tried that.....T- Shirt (with little wings and epaulets stitched on), shorts and sandals. The CEO kept bringing up the subject of pilots conveying a professional image flying at M92....so now we get to wear the coveted monkey bars.

If you aren't flying for an airline, and are flying company folks around, why the uniform at all? Wouldn't just business or maybe business casual attire work? Why the Soutwest epaulets? Sounds like a bit of a stretch to me...

Real great informative answer to a legitimate question "Les". Its great to have resources like this for our various questions, but it becomes a wasteland when people like you don't really "offer' anything.
