Next Q: The longenvity bonus, is that based on years of service in just dx or company overall?

There is also a dispatch license premimum, but it says it is paid by a ratio depending on yrs. of srvc. What is the formula for computing that?

Based on time with the company, not just department.

The Dispatch license premium is figured on what pay step you are on. I'm step 5 and would be at $110/mo while someone topped out at 15 years is $345 I believe. I don't have the contract in front of me.
