I know this has probably been asked before but does the DB review all applicants from that date prior. In other words if someone interviews on the 14th and the DB meets on the 15th, would they be reviewed at that time?

In a general sense inteviews in May would be reviewed by the DB in June. However, the precise "cutoff" date of when someone would meet a particular board is never known & there are folks due to circumstances who could find themselves slipping to the next DB due to a myriad of things. This doesn't happen too often but can & has happened. 4-6 weeks is the timeframe that is being told to interviewees on when they will hear something back from SWA.

Hope that helps,

How long after the DB has been held will one know whether they will continue or not? I'm guessing about one week for the letter to let you know that you didn't make the cut vs. maybe a little more for the calls to continue... how far off am I?

about a week

my board met on May 5th (I think??? seems like a long time ago already...) and I got the "continue the process" call on the 12th.
