If you're an AAI pilot you can download it at the Merger Hub of the ALPA website, it's still up.

Otherwise, if you're not a pilot for either one, your ALPA office (or APA if that's your thing) has a copy on file in the office you can look at.

If none of the above, well then I guess you're SoL... lol - seriously, it's not just floating on a public-access website that I know of.
