SWA Classes from LAST January?

Here's a question for all'y'all (plural) who were in the January classes this year (or anyone else who just happens to remember).
When did you get the LL call? December sometime? When was it official? I'm just trying to guess when these boards will start to light up again (ie - roller coaster going up) if in fact we will see some classes this coming January.

I got "the call" just before Christmas for the 6 Jan class. I don't remember the exact date, but it was about 3 weeks prior to class.

It seems like three weeks might be the norm. I was in the 02/03/03 class and I got the call towards the end of the first week of January.

what I remember

I am trying to remember for sure, but I think it was a solid four (five?) weeks for the folks who came out more recently (I was April 7th). There have been some changes to the background check requirements (TSA) and LL told me that ment longer lead times for new classes. The chief pilot call (making it official) came almost right away (the next day).

I bet if you asked LL she'd tell you.

Call

Hey Y'All,

I received my call from LL on March 13th and call from the chief pilot on March 15th for the April 7th Klass. On another note...I'm on reserve at MDW now after one month in OAK for my hardline in June. Loads have been very high and I've had to commute to/from OKC in the cockpit jumpseat most of the time. Also, I've flown just about every day during my reserve blocks. We've been busy. Hang in there.
