SWA - Circle to land?

Short answer. No.


But, we do visuals that involved a circling maneuver as long as the weather is 1000/3 or better.

Of course, I'm still pretty new here and that is just the way I understand it so someone with some more mojo may have a better/more correct answer.
 
That is correct. If it is a sidestep it has to be 1000/3 or published sidestep minima.
 
We do the 31C circle to land 22L quite frequently. The mins are published on the Jepps we fly specifically for SWA.
