SWA cell phone benefits

Hey, I have a 3 Aug SWA class start date and heard that SWA employees get a break on cell phone plans. I am in between plans right now and am curious if anyone knows if the SWA employee discount is worth waiting for?

I don't know about SWA but I get a 15% corporate discount off my monthly bill from ATT(now Cingular). We also get 50% off phones.

can you enlighten us? Is this something your company offers or Cingular does? I have cingular and the company reimburses me for most of my plan.
