SWA called today

Hi

Jennifer McCallion called me today also but I didn't have a chance to get to the phone in time and it went to voice mail.
She stated the "committee met a few days ago and you did a great job".
"We'll continue on with the process", "a few things are pending".

I returned her call but it bounced to voice mail.

Did you get any more info then the above about the "process" that she spoke of? The few things pending is probably my drug test and ???

My understanding is that they do not offically offer the job and put you in the pool until every bit of paperwork is completed. Is that what you guys have heard??

Jennifer said basically the same thing to me about continuing the process.

I asked her what was the next step in the "process." She paused, then said (I'm paraphrasing here), "well since we've got all your background checks done, and you've done the drug test, you go on the list for a class date."
