Under "highest position held" does Instructor Pilot hold more weight than Captain/Aircraft Commander? I am in the training department and should receive line check airman certification soon, but in the meantime I am trying to make myself look as good as possible (sans makeup and glittery eyeshadow-not that there is anything wrong with that). If you list "Instructor Pilot" as the highest position held for a Part 121 or Part 135 job/aircraft it will hold more weight than Captain/Aircraft Commander which they will assume. It is the correct entry for a check airman, just don't list it until you really are one, then change it right away... it is a big thing in the eyes of SWA. Good luck!
