SWA - any 24th May class calls?

Anyone got a call yet? I know traditional the calls come on the monday, but just wondering? It'been a long wait, 2 plus years so whats a weekend amongst friends.

April 26th would be four weeks out. Calls will probably start on Monday. Congratulations on a great future career. This place is unbelievable. My head is still spinning.

The calls should start on Monday. I spoke with the people dept a couple of weeks ago, and that is what they said if all goes as planned. There should be 24 poolies again. I am with you. It has been a long wait. I can't wait to have ID in hand. Hope to see you the 24th. Have a good weekend.

Actually the numbers are two classes of 24 a month for the forseeable future. A few months there "may" be exceptions like three one month and maybe only one another. Forseeable means well into next year.

This comes from the director of training. The man who needs to know. Six months ago he was asked by the VP of ops if we could train 1000 new hires in a year. And he said no way...600 should be no problem though.

We all know how things can change quickly in this industry...but this looks very promising in the meantime.

Maybe If I get a banner and fly over the SWA offices.....Dern it!Been done before! I wonder how many people read that story and said "Now why didn't I think of that?!?" I know I did!

Unfortunately the banner tow didn't do the trick. The young man was not selected. I believe he will rebound nicely though....sounds upbeat & thankful to SWA for the opportunity. We communicated for the first time after his DB & was hopeful. He is still hopeful after the rejection & looks forward to his second attempt.

You could take out a full page ad in the Dal Morning News, they'd be sure to see it down at the G.O.

Or

Hire one of those sidewalk chalk artists to paint your likeness and info in front of the G.O.
