Not all. Look at the placard by the flight deck door. Some are owned by Wells Fargo, others by the PRC (People's Republic of China) . .. . OK, just kidding about the PRC, but some are owned by a foreign bank, Scotland, maybe? Been a while since I've flown a 717.

Details, details. 22 of the 717's are leased from BCC. The 2 2011 deliveries are from BCC.
