SWA and Reserves question

Can anyone please shed any light on what SWA's policy is with pilots flying for the Air National Guard or Reserves ??? Can someone go on extended military leave to an RTU without stopping the probation clock? Any info would be greatly appreciated.....thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure you're probationary clock stops when you are on extended mil leave. Dropping trips for drills and short stretches of mil leave should not extend your probation
