Okay, so I'm looking at tix to get someone into Dallas this weekend cause I have to go there for the ATCA convention yet...for somereason my departure city wont allow Dallas as a destination....I'm confused.....Why is that???

This is for Southwest Airlines.!.!.!
 
Did you enter DAL instead of DFW?
 
What is the origin city? The Wright amendment does not allow flights in or out of DAL on SWA except from within Texas or bordering states and Mississippi.
 
You'll probably have to buy a ticket to El Paso or ABQ, then a separate ticket to DAL. See the Wright amendment threads in the Majors section.

Btw, same deal going home.
 
That explains it...no, i did DAL....from OMA...that is why, thanks.....stupid rule! Hope AAL is reaping the profits from that one
