Larry,
Not that I'm an expert but I agree with unit. About a year ago 1700 to 1900 PIC turbine was the magic number. I don't know for sure now but I don't think the environment has gotten much better and I think those numbers are pretty close. That being said, reapply it is free and in the mean time find a way to build that magic PIC Turbine number.
