Voted No. I'm perplexed why everyone cares about the vote so much; the company can choose to order them at their will.

Yes SWAPA grossly mishandled age 65. I digress.
 
I understand your argument about voting no because there was no guarantee of a 1 for 1. But I'd like to ask you all, when has the company not ever done the right thing? (With the exception of the Bose headset deal, I still think that wasn't handled right)

Good Lord! How long have you been with this company? Don't get me wrong--it's a great place to work, but even at SWA business is still business and a contract is still a contract.
 
What would have been the outcome if they handled it well?

When it went out for pilot vote we had 2 choices. Do you recall the Alpa vote prior to that? That gave you several options to choose from. Swapa was grossly shortsighted.

There were many options to changing the retirement age. My point was the whole process was mishandled. I think we can all agree on that.
