Corporate Research International released the results of RealPeopleRatings.com, its quarterly customer service survey that illustrates the importance of brand image and Customer perception. The company sends the quarterly surveys as online opinion polls to its pool of panelists. 1,304 panelists participated in this quarter’s survey. Southwest ranked number one in the “Airlines” category, followed by JetBlue and American. Other category winners included Subway, Chevron/Texaco, Nordstrom, Walgreens, and Radio Shack.
