Like it has been said here, ASA just to train for attrition. They may not be able to keep up. Well, in that case if ASA can't staff their planes why not give them away. If ASA can't fill the amount of flying in ATL, give it away.
They know a lot are getting jobs and even more will. They know that there is not enough pilots out there to keep up.
It sounds like staffing is going to be the real problem and that is what mgt is waiting for.
