Any SW info for the most junior lines in MCO, BWI, MDW or any bases you can inform about?

Credit, days off etc..

Thanks in advance.

Generally speaking...

Weekend flying. Mix of 3 days and occasional 4 day. Credit will vary with how the lines are written. Lower credit in the winter...maybe 91-95 TFP, compared to 100-105 during the summer months.

Min days off depends on how many days are in that particular month. Without pulling the contract it is usually 16 or 17 days off ever month even for the most junior line holder.

We have 'blank' lines as well. Its a secondary bid from the overlap/vacation drop out. If you bid for a blank line in the first bid, a second round of lines is posted. Maybe 30-40 lines, and you bid in seniority order again with those that bid for the blank lines. These lines usually go from mid-seniority to the bottom. Pretty much count on weekend flying here as well. It's a little bit of a gamble on what you will get, but some people come out well. Downside is you won't know until the 20th with this secondary bid.

Got a Junior line in BWI for December....30 from the bottom here in BWI. I could not hold a reserve line with Christmas off or a Blank line. My original line had 16 days off credit of 100 without the OT for Christmas. I traded some trips with the company ( ELITT) I took one extra day on and made my total 115 Trips for Pay. Also scored 3 days in my home port.
