Just a couple of questions for the SWAFO's out there. What are your pilot bases and relative seniority in those bases? Thanks Much..

OAK - Very Very Very Junior
BWI - Very Very Junior
MDW - Very Junior
PHX - Junior
HOU - Not So Junior
MCO - Really Not So Junior
DAL - Really Really (add 10 more "Really's) Not So Junior

Thanks Bake

Now I just need to get the interview and do my best to get the job I should have tried for 5 years ago.

Yes the seniority mirrors pretty closely between FOs & Capts.

I'm sure there maybe a slight preference to some of the bases that may have 1 or 2 more crews that overnight in BUR but generally they are probably portional to the size of base. I don't know how many crews overnight in BUR would expect probably PHX/OAK to have the largeest number with the other bases having fair representation. I know for MDW/BWI/HOU/DAL I have had overnights flying from all those bases into BUR. It can & does change from month to month depending on aircraft flows & scheduling changes.

The most junior capt base is BAL, OAK, MDW, MCO, PHX, HOU then DAL.

I am based in OAK. I do not get BUR very often. Maybe once or twice a year lately.
