Who paid the most alimony last year??
.
.
.

I flew with a Captain at a previous airline who was 57 years old and had 3 ex-wives with a total of 5 kids he paid child support for. He made about $70,000 per year and had to live in a camper on the back of his Ford pickup truck- how is that for alimony. I heard he retired a few years back- wonder what he is doing in retirement?

The one advantage of flying for ASA. My ex-wife earns nearly twice what I do.

So, do you receive alimony then?

I would think most of our wives earn more than us! I know mine does and she is a social work supervisor for the county!!

Just goes to show how **CENSORED** our industry is right now when almost EVERYONE else in other careers are earning far more and with better benefits.

I guess it's still the allure of flying that keeps us there. It sure ain't anything else. Those doormats that CrewGear sell with "A Pilot and a Normal Person Live Here!" come to mind...... !
