The families of flight 3407 have put together an "email blitz" in support of regional airline safety that ends today. Go to their website and there is directions on how you can email key people in support of the aviation safety bill. Easy to do and only takes a few minutes.

Wish there was a little more advance warning on this. But I got a few emails sent.

Is this the bill that makes your training records / check airman comments public record? If so, think before you support!

Just looked, same bill. If this passes the next airline you interview with will know how many times you called out sick, discipline records, pretty much everything about your career. Its a damn dangerous side effect of an otherwise good idea. Provisions of this bill are going to bite us all in the ass.
