I have a question about their first officer program on their Metros. Are you paid to be an F.O. or is it just a time building program? Thanks in advance.

You are paid very minimal in their SIC program. I just talked with Brandon Carlson 2 weeks ago (he is the person in charge of hiring for the SIC program). They are not hiring right now in any position (even if you're friends with the guy doing the hiring...doh). Brandon actually went through the program however so he is very knowledgeable about it.
