1st leg:
Glasgow to Keflavik (730nm)
2nd leg:
Keflavik to Narsarsuaq (655nm)
3rd:
Narsarsuaq to Goose Bay (680nm)
Be sure you check the weather very carefully the 3rd leg is the shortest route between Canada and Iceland. Narsarsuaq is also the riskiest stop due to terrain and weather, also the nearest alternate is NUUK, 251nm to the North.
I ferried from the states to Isreal. I would suggest Sonderstrom instead of narsarsuaq. BGSF. The runway is better.
All the other suggestions seemed good ones though.
Stops I have used are Amman Jordan, Dubrovnik Croatia, Valencia or Barcelona Spain (although probably too far south for you)
Wick, Scotland is a good stop as well. I agree with previous posts and would suggest BGSF instead of Narsarsuaq unless the wx is CAVOK and TAF calls for the same.
Hello,
stop in OLBA ( Beirut), O/F Iraq and Syria, quite simple to arrange. Then Italy, Prestwick, ect.
I fly the ME alot witha N reg, no problems, stop a night in Beirut and stay at the Phoenicia...awesome!
Any questions PM
Winter is coming, so get the trip done quickly, as it gets cold up there.....
Narsarsuaq... not an ideal selection, but it is on the spruce route. (landed there in a C1 with 200 a side).
Sonderstrom..better option.
Sharm, very nice, busy, and like all egyptian airports expensive...
What Citation...C2 is 1000 legs.?
