If a FedEx sub-contractor is carrying illegall loads out of 07, doesn't FedEx care about their liability? What if Air Tahoma gets caught or worse?

As long as the freight gets there....FedEx doesn't care...

Now if the freight ever doesn't get there....THEN they'll wake up!

If something ever happens on that run, it will be hard for FedEx to say they weren't aware that tahoma aircraft were flying either over-gross or under-fueled.

HEY! FEDEX GUYS! CHECK THE PAPERWORK FOR THE HISTORY OF THE SUBIC - HO CHi MINH CITY RUN FLYING OUT OF RWY 07 and do the math for the Convair!!!!

Something doesn't add up. With "enough fuel" there is no way they can haul as much freight as they do.

If they had the correct numbers then they could do the math correctly but with the numbers that AT provided they will never know the truth.

Some pilot is going to unfortunately have to take a swim before they ever look into the illegal loads?
