Okay, I'm gonna ask a dumb question, so bear with me here! =)

What the heck does "Tango Uniform" stand for? I know what it means in context, but have no clue what T.U. is an abbreviation for. I hear it all the time, but never bothered to ask.

The phrase "tits up" comes from the belief that a womans corpse will float on it's back in the water. The theory goes that the bouyancy of the breasts, being primarily fat which is less dense than water, will cause the corpse to be face up in the water. Not having seen any dead people floating, I can't comment on the accuracy of this.
