you have to use airlinepay.com or .net to figure out the differences.

Lets say pilot a is hired into the ultra and pilot b is hired into the falcon.

If pilot A upgrades into the ultra pilot B and everybody above him get captains pay. Because if they were hired into the ultra they could make captains pay. But they are in the falcon and have no chance of upgrading and are seatlocked in that plane for 2 years.

Wait till the union bashers get on here and say look how generous the company is to give you captains pay as an FO.

The problem is they don't know the whole story. But they'll spin it anyway they want.

I just upgraded in the Ultra and am presently in my hotel room down the road from the TOL flight safety. Man it's hard to read systems when there is a computer sitting next to my book. My systems test is at 0800 hours so I guess I better start reading some more about motive flow valves and and x-over busses
