sorry all you florida residents, couldn't resist. i guess i've been spending too much time around kaaf and down on the back waters of the st. john's river.

seriously, most states have an aviation dept. as part of their DOT. is anybody on here a "state" pilot (other than V.L.) that could tell us what it is like, and what it takes to become one?
