State of Florida King Air/Bravo Captain (TLH)

well they might be hiring an f/o soon. Pretty good quality of life if you live in base:

Hardly any weekends or overnights, 4 1/2 weeks of vacation that starts on day one, 105 hours of sick time that starts on day one, free medical, state retirement, free type ratings (no training contract), avg 20 hours of flying a month, pretty much all state of FL flying (some dca), $55,000 yr captain/$45,000 f/o (they type f/o), hopefully increase captain pay in the near future (55,000 yr is about 20 grand below industry avg for bravo pic).
 
The last f/o hired was a cfi before he got on with the state. The insurance mins are real low. 500 tt with a commercial ticket but most of the f/o's had at least 2000 hours tt. 2 of our f/o's had no turbine time when they were hired.

Thanks for the info, I am short on the multi side are they hard mins? If so any idea when an FO slot may open?
