i am currently working on my com cert and i was wondering if any of you that have experience with swa could tell me what the best route of action is to end up at swa. i have always wanted to fly for them and i want to start early. any info is appreciated. thanks in advance.

Get a 1000 PIC turbine. This is a HARD minimum. The mins are subject to change, but I only see them getting higher due to the current situation in the industry.

I too want to work there VERY badly and was working on my 1000 when I was displaced back to the right seat. Only managed about 450 with no re-upgrade in sight :(

I wanted to apply anyway, just to start a history of my interest, but I hear that they won't even accept the application unless you meet their requirements. I should probably look into it further.
