That is one thing that the ICAO is supposed to be all about and English is supposed to be the standard language in ATC world wide. Still, English has many regional variations-the Queen's English, Australian English, American English and of course Engrish and with all of these variations there is the natural possibility for unintended double meanings...

so I kind of got a chuckle out of the following quote from an ATIS in a distant land and figured that my wife would approve.

Do Not Penetrate Apron Area Without ATC Instruction.

I found the double entendre amusing!
