I agree with him.

I do have to say I partly agree with the dude. I jumpseated A LOT on NWA domestically and international, and some FAs were not very nice to their pax. Bad attitude, snappy, no patience....Not just few bad apples.

NWA gate agents.... Whew, they were very mean but I got used to it like an emotionally abused child.

Not to flame, but I also have noticed the Spirits FAs to be not very good to the customers. Not helping the pax during boarding, laughing/badmouthing pax, attitude... They are always good to me as a JSeater, but not to the pax. When you combine that attitude with the concrete seats with no room.... Hmmmmmm.
