Only 19 days into the ratification date of the new CBA (August 1, 2010 for all but the new trip rules and September 1, 2010 with the new trip rules) Spirit management informed the MEC and several pilots they are changing the month-to-month transition rules.

Thanks Spirit Management!

Thanks Spirit MEC for sitting on your hands with you thumbs up each others arses.

same crappy management...same blatentent violations of the CBA

August 18--notified several pilots that the transition conflicts were removed per the CBA
August 19--notified several pilots and the MEC the company has changed the transition policy and to contact ALAP.

It took Spirit anti-Christ (new term for management) 19 days to completely disregard the CBA that they agreed to less than two months ago...that has to be a new record.

Where is ALPA, NMB or the PEB to deal with this..ALPA told Spirit the PEB and NMB were closely watching the negotiations and the president wouldn't hesitate to step in if need be (read: if we voted the crappy CBA down).

You are next AirTran...keep this in mind...it doesn't matter what you win or loose in the negotiations...you will loose in the long run.

It is lose, not loose. Not that I care but you seem to enjoy correcting my spelling and punctuation.

The arbitrator will force your company to comply with the agreement shortly. They can only get away with this for a short time.

Pay for training, stab your fellow pilots in the back and now you support ALPA? Pull the ladder up once you made it huh?
